One reason I love doing wedding photography is because I almost always get to go to a new beautiful place and make beautiful images. Another reason is the lovely people I get to meet. Put them together, like with the wedding of Erin and Kamalani, and it's not even a job at that point. It's a pleasure. Despite it being one of the hottest days of the summer, everyone managed to have a great time and really revel in the celebration. Below is a selection of some of my favorite images from the day. Enjoy!
Yurika and Shoji were married at a private residence in Pacific Palisades. The grounds were beautifully landscaped (including a large pond!) and provided the perfect backdrop for the simple ceremony and intimate reception, which included larger-than-life versions of Jenga and Scrabble for the guests to play. The bride and groom were fun to photograph and I really enjoyed myself at their wedding. Here is a selection of some of my favorite photographs from the day. Enjoy!
P.S. Their full online wedding gallery will be hosted here when it is available in a few weeks. Pre-register now to receive print credit.
